Quebec City, October 19, 2022 – Frima has been named one of GameIndustry.biz’s “Best Places to Work” in Canada for the second year in a row. These awards are the only ones that celebrate employer excellence specifically for the video game industry and are intended to help make the industry a better place to work.
The process to determine the winners is handled by the GamesIndustry.biz team and participating companies must follow the following steps:
For 20% of the final score, the employer must first answer a multitude of questions about its various practices and programs offered to employees, including salary, vacation, benefits, social activities and more!five values with a video game flavor
For 80% of the final score, an employee survey was distributed asking for feedback on several topics, including work environment, work-life balance, management, diversity, etc.
