Frima is looking for a Marketing Consultant to help take our Marketing and Communications team to the next level.

Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Director, you will be primarily responsible for B2B marketing, and will contribute to enhancing Frima’s brand image among its various target audiences. 
What your weeks will be like 
  • Development and management of B2B marketing strategies aimed at promoting our value proposition, expertise, and service offerings in the global video game industry; 
  • Collaboration in the development and deployment of Frima’s global marketing and communications plan; 
  • Monitor the ecosystem in which Frima operates. Set up and maintain a dashboard that centralizes and documents relevant details, and identify interesting or potential ideas or opportunities for Frima’s visibility; 
  • Deployment of cross-marketing initiatives in collaboration with our partners’ marketing teams; 
  • Development and implementation of marketing campaigns, analysis of indicators and recommendations for improvement; 
  • Collaboration with the market development and business strategy team and contribution to the writing and production of B2B content and promotional material; 
  • Writer, planner, coordinator, and editor of bilingual content for Frima’s website, various communications, and intranet; 
  • Participation in the development and execution of activities promoting the employee and candidate experience, including the creation of attractive material, content and promotional tools; 
  • Participation in brainstorming sessions and logistics for various corporate events; 
  • Monitor of best practices in her field and development of relevant recommendations for continuous improvement in her direction. 
  • Contribution to various vice-presidency projects. 


In short, a role with diversified responsibilities where you’ll play a tangible part in shaping our marketing strategy, while having FUN on a daily basis. 


What we’re looking for 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, administration or other related field; 
  • Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in similar or relevant responsibilities; 
  • Excellent command of French and English: conversational, comprehension and writing skills are required for the job as we collaborate with English-speaking partners; 
  • Computer skills: Google and Office suites, Google Analytics and experience of working with a CRM tool; 
  • Knowledge of WordPress is an asset; 
  • Ability to travel for certain mandates or events.
