What your weeks are going to look like
  • Participate in establishing sales and account management strategies and work closely with various company stakeholders to meet or exceed sales targets;
  • Implement and roll out B2B positioning strategy;
  • Research business opportunities, qualify them and initiate contacts with partners and collaborators;
  • Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to develop market and positioning analyses;
  • Support internal stakeholders in the proposal process;
  • Represent Frima at professional and trade events to achieve business objectives;
  • Maintain excellent relationships with current and potential partners;
  • Negotiate contractual agreements in consultation with various stakeholders to respect Frima’s values and culture;
  • Involvement as a business partner during the project development cycle and ensuring compliance with contractual terms;
  • Accompanying and supporting partners in their business dealings with the game (search for publishers, UA partners, etc.);
  • CRM management;
  • Mentor other account managers. 
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, marketing or other combination of education and experience deemed relevant;
  • Minimum of ten (10) years’ professional experience in business development in the video game industry;
  • Excellent knowledge of the video game industry and its issues;
  • Available to travel internationally;
  • Excellent network of contacts in the video game industry;
  • Bilingual (French/English), trilingualism an asset. English skills are required as we work with English-speaking partners.
