Frima is looking for a Senior Build Specialist to help take its team to the next level.

What your weeks are going to look like :  
  • Daily stand-up meetings with your team to get the day off to a good start;
  • Contribute to the automation, maintenance and improvement of software compilation and deployment processes on multiple platforms;
  • Contribute your expertise to support, advise and consult production teams on task automation and optimization;
  • Resolve compilation system errors and work with teams to improve these systems;
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions with the team to recommend solutions and tools to improve our development processes.
In short, responsibilities that evolve over time, stimulating projects, concrete involvement in the continuous improvement of our practices and FUN on a daily basis!  
  
What we’re looking for :  
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other related degree combined with experience deemed equivalent;
  • More than ten (10) years’ experience in a similar position or other relevant experience;
  • Experience with source code automation and maintenance tools such as Git or Perforce, and scripting tools such as Bash and Python;
  • Knowledge of continuous integration tools (Jenkins and TeamCity, MS Team Foundation Server), metrics and dashboards (Graphite, Grafana, Kibana) and automation tools (Chef, Ansible);
  • Ability to travel outside the country as required;
  • Good communication skills in French and English. English skills are required as we work with English-speaking partners.
