Frima ranks among the top video game employers in the country.
Prix
Quebec City, November 8, 2023 – Frima has been named one of GameIndustry.biz’s “Best Places to Work” in Canada for the third year running. These awards are the only ones that specifically celebrate the excellence of employers in the video game industry. Their goal is to help make the industry a better place to work.
The process for determining the winners is carried out by the GamesIndustry.biz team on the basis of two surveys:
The employer answers a multitude of questions about its various practices and programs offered to employees. This portion accounts for 20%.
Employees are surveyed on a variety of topics, including work environment, work-life balance, management, diversity and more. This portion accounts for 80%.
This is an important year for Frima, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary. It’s also an opportunity to celebrate the talent of those who have contributed to our success over the years. They have contributed to our success, and receiving this nomination for a third in a row, at the end of this milestone year, brings the festivities full circle. It’s important for Frima to offer its talents a stimulating work environment and a fun, enjoyable experience to thank them for all their hard work.
