Frima is looking for a Producer to join the team on one of our full-development projects!<\/p>\n<p><em>We are Frima, a video game development studio based in Quebec City and Montreal for over 20 years, bringing together hundreds of passionate talents united by one ambition: creating unforgettable games across all platforms.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#xa0;<\/p>\n<p><strong>We take care of our people<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4.5-day workweek year-round (Friday afternoons off)<\/li>\n<li>A truly flexible work environment: remote (for residents of the province of Quebec), hybrid, or on-site, the choice is yours<\/li>\n<li>Up to 7 weeks of vacation per year, plus sick days and personal days, your well-being matters to us<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive group insurance coverage from day one<\/li>\n<li>RRSP contribution program<\/li>\n<li>A $400 allowance for ergonomic equipment purchases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Life at the studio<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Access to chair massages, fresh fruit and snacks, a gym, sports activities, and more<\/li>\n<li>Regular presentations on projects and new developments, we keep our teams informed about what\u2019s happening at Frima<\/li>\n<li>Close-knit, caring, and inclusive teams, even remotely<\/li>\n<li>Come discover the rest for yourself!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Job Description<\/h2>\n<p><strong>What your weeks will look like<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the planning and monitoring of the entire production cycle<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with discipline directors to plan staffing requirements based on the expertise needed and project milestones<\/li>\n<li>Analyze risks and propose solutions to prevent delays, budget overruns, and other issues that could jeopardize project objectives<\/li>\n<li>Engage, guide, and support your direct team members by providing ongoing coaching and feedback<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to employee development and internal succession planning through rigorous performance management and by developing training plans tailored to individual needs and the company\u2019s strategic priorities<\/li>\n<li>Build a strong relationship of trust with the partner and act as the main point of contact within your area of expertise<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to various initiatives aimed at developing and strengthening your discipline community&#xa0;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<p><strong>What we\u2019re looking for<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or any equivalent combination of education and experience<\/li>\n<li>Approximately ten (10) years of relevant production management experience in the video game industry<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience working on at least one shipped AAA or AA title<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing risks, budgets, dependencies, and priorities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to travel internationally when required<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and spoken French and English.
