Job Description
***At Frima, we promote flexible working by offering our team members a choice of working arrangements. However, given the nature and responsibilities of this particular role, the incumbent will need to be able to work in a hybrid mode. ***
What your weeks are going to look like
- Technical support and ensuring the optimal functioning of hardware and software;
- High-quality customer service, responding effectively and proactively to the needs and challenges of production teams;
- Maintenance of the IT infrastructure;
- Installation/reinstallation of operating systems and software;
- Documentation of all activities in the request management tool;
- Collaboration with the manager to resolve anomalies or more complex issues;
- Management and updating of software, hardware, and various IT tool inventories;
- Over time, management of requested IT setups and active participation in departmental projects;
- Any other related tasks aimed at supporting teams from a technological standpoint.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
- DEC in computer science or equivalent training and experience;
- Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience;
- Excellent knowledge of operating systems: Windows, MacOS;
- Knowledge of hardware, IT components and ITIL best practices;
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, Cloud and Active Directory networks;
- Knowledge of French and English (written and spoken). English skills are required as we work with English-speaking partners.
- Knowledge of technical constraints specific to the world of video games (an asset).
