Frima is thrilled to unveil Temple Run: Legends, our latest project. Developed by Frima in partnership with Imangi Studios, this title is available exclusively on Apple Arcade, Apple’s game subscription service that offers unlimited access to an evolving collection of more than 200 incredibly fun games. This game marks our studio’s first game on the subscription service—a landmark achievement for us.
Temple Run: Legends is the fourth game of the acclaimed Temple Run franchise, one of the pioneering game series on iOS. This chapter not only features the infinite run mode and the redesigned world of Aperion, but also introduces over 500 levels and a mix of both familiar and new characters. As players run across fascinating climates and earn rewards, they encounter unique inhabitants and creatures, adding excitement to their adventure.
A Fresh New Look and Gameplay
Creating a new game for a franchise as popular as Temple Run requires immense creativity and the ability to capture the essence of the IP—two areas in which we excel.
Our art & animation team’s rich expertise in character design was pivotal to the project as characters were at the forefront of what we brought to the table. Not only did our team reimagine existing Temple Run characters, but we also had the pleasure to create new ones for players to explore Aperion with.
In terms of gameplay, Temple Run: Legends elevates the beloved game to an entirely new level with a new story mode—a first for the Temple Run series. Nothing was left at random: our team meticulously crafted each level, ensuring they offer endless possibilities, leaving players eager to keep coming back for more in Aperion.
